SECOTRA.COM WARRANTY POLICY

Duration: This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from SECOTRA.com and is valid for three (3) years from the date of delivery.

Covered Products: This warranty specifically covers:
- Simple panels

Non-Coverage: This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by improper use or maintenance
- Acts of God, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances
- Theft of your package during transit
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers/resellers

Warranty Terms & Conditions:
1. The warranty is non-transferable and only applicable to the original purchaser.
2. The warranty period begins from the date of delivery confirmation.

Shipping Policy:
- Within the first 6 months of purchase, SECOTRA will cover all shipping costs for both directions (to and from)
- After 6 months, customers are responsible for shipping costs to return defective products; SECOTRA will cover return shipping once a replacement or repair is completed

Warranty Coverage:
- We will, at our discretion, either replace or repair products with defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and maintenance
- This warranty does not cover any loss of use during the time a product is being repaired or replaced

Limitation of Liability:
- SECOTRA is not responsible for any incidental, indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our products
- We do not provide compensation for loss of profit, data, revenue, business opportunity, goodwill, or other consequential damages related to product malfunction

To Submit a Warranty Claim:
1. Contact SECOTRA through our customer service portal (found in the Contact section) within 48 hours upon identifying any potential defect
2. Provide order number and detailed description of the issue
3. Follow all instructions provided by customer service representatives
4. Package products securely for return shipment using appropriate packaging materials
5. Ship the defective unit prepaid to our authorized repair facility
